My favorite character. At long last his Bankai was revealed, but still the enemy has taken it.

However, I don't believe this is the end for him. I don't believe Kubo could kill off such a cool character just like that. Even if he were to die - then there is the inevitable question of who will replace him as leader of the Gotei 13?

He was, in my opinion - the closest thing the series had to a Big Good. He even took several levels in kindness after viewing the length that Ichigo was willing to go to help out the Soul Society.

Ah, well - the story is not yet over. I guess we'll all just have to wait and see.
